User data deletion

HelloWorldCR lets you request deletion of personal data we hold from WhatsApp Business, Meta platforms, or our services.

Option 1 — Remove our app from Facebook / Meta

If you connected through a Meta app, go to Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites, remove HelloWorldCR, and choose Send Request. Meta will notify us automatically and we will delete associated data.

  1. Open Facebook Apps and Websites
  2. Select HelloWorldCR and remove the app
  3. Click Send Request to trigger data deletion

Option 2 — Request deletion by email (WhatsApp / other)

Send an email with your WhatsApp number (country code) or the email used with us. We complete deletion within 30 days and reply with confirmation.

What we delete

  • WhatsApp conversation metadata and messages stored in our systems
  • Contact profile names and phone identifiers linked to your chats
  • Project intake or CRM records tied to your request, when applicable

We may retain data required by law (tax, billing) or anonymized analytics that cannot identify you.
